Brownie Sundae Parfait

   Place 1/4 cup brownies in the bottom of each of 6 parfait glasses.

   Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of the Caramel Sauce into each glass, then scoop half the pint of ice cream evenly among the glasses.

   Drizzle with another tablespoon of sauce.

   Repeat with one more layer of brownies, caramel, ice cream, and caramel sauce.

   Top each parfait with a scoop of whipped cream and serve immediately.

   Try the parfait with Peanut Butter Brownies (page 72), chocolate or banana ice cream, and Caramel Sauce.
