Brownie Pie Kathy's Absolute Favorite Chocolate Thing Recipe

   Fudge-type brownie mix (this is a dense, chewy bar-type cookie with nuts) made according to package directions.

   Grease a 9-inch pie tin, and pour the brownie fold in the pie tin.

   Bake according to package directions.

   Remove the brownie pie from the oven, cold slightly and cut into 10 wedges (the wedges seem small, but this is RICH.

   Top each wedge with a scoop of ice cream, a spoonful or possibly two of lightly sweetened whipped cream, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

   Serve immediately.

   Any unused pie may be wrapped air-tight, and re-heated later.
