   In a small sauce pan over low heat, melt butter.

   Add coco stiring consistantly until it begins to boil.

   Take off heat and pour mixture into a small mixing bowl.

   Let cool completely.

   Add powdered sugar and milk beat until mixture is of spreading consistency, blend in vanilla.

   If mixture is to dry add 1 tbs of milk

   If mixture is too runny mix more powdered sugar.
