Mix water, cocoa, margarine and oil in saucepan.

Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Pour over flour, sugar and salt.

Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla flavoring.

Pour into greased and floured pan, 11 x 17 x 1-inch or 2 x 9 x 13-inch.

Bake 20 minutes at 400u00b0.
