Brown Sugar Glazed Coffee Ring

   Preheat oven to 375u00b0. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In another bowl, mix mincemeat, milk and egg; stir into flour mixture just until moistened.

   Transfer to a greased and floured 8-in. fluted tube pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

   For glaze, in a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, water and corn syrup; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; whisk in confectioners' sugar just until blended. Immediately pour over warm coffee ring.
