Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a bundt cake pan and set aside.

In the bowl of your stand mixer, blend together the cake mix, sour cream, eggs and oil. Mix well, on medium speed for about 2 minutes.

Spread 1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan.

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Gently sprinkle this over the batter in the pan. Spread remaining cake batter on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.

Then remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Then turn cake pan upside down over a serving platter and gently tap bottom of the cake pan to remove cake.

Prepare icing by combining the confectioner's sugar and milk. Pour icing over the warm cake.
