Brown Rice In Microwave Recipe

   Why bother cooking brown rice in the pressure cooker when it is so much easier to cook it in the microwave:Only make the full recipe.

   Boil 4 c. of water and pour over a c. of rice.

   Add in 1 teaspoon of oil.

   Stir.

   Cover with Handi-wrap and pierce a few times with a knife.

   Microwave on full power for 35 min and let stand 5 min.
