   Add hot water and oil; mix.

   Add enough extra flour to make dough stiff. Knead about 5 minutes.

   Cover and let rest 10 minutes.

   Divide in half.

   Roll each into crust.

   Place on ungreased pan.

    When cool, wrap and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
