Minute rice, uncooked; salt and pepper to taste; dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)

1 onion, chopped

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
bread or cracker crumbs
1 small jar cheese whip or 1 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked rice or 1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet saute the onion and celery in butter until vegetables are covered.
