Broccoli Strata

   Layer bread in greased pan (I spray with Pam).

   layer half of broccoli on bread.

   layer 1/2 of Mozz cheese and 1/2 of cheddar.

   sprinkle half of onion and garlic and a little salt and pepper.

5. 5

   Repeat layers, bread, broccoli, onion, garlic and salt and pepper.

   Mix eggs and milk and pour over.

   Bake 350* for 30 min or until brown and bubbly.

   Top with remaining cheese and return to oven until cheese has melted.
