Broccoli Roll Recipe

   Thaw frzn bread dough in microwave: Place 1 loaf in lightly greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch microwave-safe loaf dish.

   Micro-cook, covered with wax paper on 30% power (medium-low) for 3 1/2 to 4 min or possibly till just slightly icy, turning once.

   Let stand 10-15 min before continuing recipe.

   Let frzn bread rise, roll out 3 times the length and 3 times width.

   Cut up 2 pounds broccoli (1 bunch) will make 3 loaves (steam just to tender).
