2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 medium onion, chopped
4 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 small pkg. cream cheese, cubed
breadcrumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions and drain.

In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter; blend in flour, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until thick; blend in cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in vegetables.

Pour in 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Top with Parmesan cheese.

Mix the other 2 tablespoons of margarine with bread crumbs and put on top of casserole.

Bake 20 minutes, covered, in a 350u00b0 oven.

Remove top and bake 10 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
