Broccoli Corn Bread

   Saute onion in 2 tablespoons of oil.

   Set aside.

   Cook broccoli as directed on package.

   Drain and set aside.

   Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix dry corn bread mix with all 4 eggs.

   Mix cottage cheese, broccoli, onion and melted oleo with corn bread mix.

   Stir well and pour into pan that oleo was melted in.

   Bake in 450u00b0 oven or 20 to 30 minutes.
