Broccoli Christmas Wreath

   Arrange fresh broccoli into a wreath on a plate or tray. Start with the bottom layer, then arrange the top layer.

   This should be in a round wreath shape with the center empty.

   Place the tomatoes on top of the broccoli to look like holly berries on a Christmas wreath.

   Serve with vegetable dip.
