Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing; 1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni, any flavor, cooked; 1 can sliced water chestnuts

1 chicken
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 c. lowfat milk
2 c. chicken broth Or possibly
2 c. water with 3-4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Packages frzn broccoli spears
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing
1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni, any flavor, cooked
1 can sliced water chestnuts

Boil chicken on top of stove and cold.

Cut up in bite-size pcs.

Mix lowfat milk, flour, and salt (if you use chicken bouillon, leave out salt) and add in to butter; then add in chicken broth.

Cook till creamy and thick.

Beat lemon juice and mayonnaise together and stir into cream sauce.

Remove from heat and stir well.

Layer: Start with rice, chicken and chestnuts, broccoli.

Pour sauce over top and cover with herb seasoned stuffing.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
