8 slices bread or possibly line dish
1 pkg. softened cream cheese
1 pkg. frzn broccoli, cooked and liquid removed
1/4 pound Muenster cheese
1 can evaporated lowfat milk
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. lowfat milk
5 Large eggs
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
6 slices bacon (optional)

Grease 9x13 inch pan.

Spread bread with cream cheese and layer in dish with crumbled bacon, broccoli and cheese.

In large bowl, beat together lowfat milk, water and Large eggs.
