Broccoli Cheese Squares

   Steam broccoli 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; do not overcook.

   Cool and chop fine.

   In a large bowl, beat eggs; add flour, milk, baking powder and salt; mix to blend.

   Stir in cheese and steamed broccoli and onion.

   Melt butter and coat bottom of an 8-inch or 9-inch square pan.

   Spoon mixture into pan; spread evenly.

   Bake at 350u00b0

   for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

   Let stand a few minutes before cutting.

    Cut into 6 squares for a side dish or 20 to 24 small squares for appetizers.
