3 whole Green Onion, Sliced Using Tops
1/2 cups Butter
3 Tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
3 whole Egg Yolks
1 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons Ground Pepper
4 whole Egg Whites

Heat oven to 425F.

Microwave the broccoli in a dish for 10 minutes, then cool and drain well.

Saute onions in butter over medium heat and once softened, stir in flour until well blended.
