Broccoli Casserole

   Thaw broccoli; drain and place in a 2-quart baking dish.

   Cook onion in margarine until tender.

   Stir in flour.

   Add liquid slowly and stir until smooth.

   Add cheese food and stir until melted.

   Remove from heat; cool slightly and add eggs, one at a time, beating until well mixed.

   Pour cheese mixture over broccoli and bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
