Broccoli Bread Casserole Recipe

   Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

   mix the well-liquid removed raw minced broccoli with the corn bread mix, minced onion, Large eggs, salt, grated cheese and melted butter together and pour into the baking pan.

   Bake at 375 degrees for 30 - 45 min, till set.

   Raise oven to 400 degrees and bake till nicely browned, about 12 - 15 more min.

   Minced ham or possibly bacon can be added or possibly sprinkled bacon on top.

   This dish freezes very well for later eating.
