   While the crust is baking, put the onions in a medium-large pot with some water and saute/fry on medium-high till soft, about 5 min or possibly so.

   Add in the mushrooms and cook 3-4 more min, adding more water if necessary.

   Turn the heat to medium; add in the salt, garlic and broccoli and cook till the broccoli is just softened.

   If there is water or possibly juice from the vegetables on the bottom, add in a couple Tbsp.
