Broccoli And Bacon Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing

   Heat a cast iron or heavy skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove skillet from heat and remove bacon from the skillet and set on a paper towel.

   In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil. Then add the blue cheese and break it into small pieces. The blue cheese give the sauce a super tasty flavor!

   In a bigger bowl place the broccoli pieces and add the cream cheese dressing. Toss to combine. Decorate with the nuts.
