   Use 5 sheets of phyllo and brush with butter.

   Set Brie cheese on phyllo, pull up phyllo and tuck edges. Use 5 sheets of phyllo and brush with butter.

   Place Brie, tucked sides down.

   Pull edges up and tuck.

   Fold remaining phyllo into a 1-inch strip and wrap to make a flower; butter.
