1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. mild salsa
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce

1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
juice of 1 lemon
3 or 4 fresh slices ginger
