Breakfast Sausage Bake Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat butter in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

   Add in mushrooms.

   Cook and stir about 10 min or possibly till mix boils and moisture evaporates.

   Remove from heat; stir in bread crumbs.

   Spray 13x9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

   Press mushroom mix onto bottom of prepared baking dish to create crust.

   In same nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat about 12 min, breaking sausage apart into small pcs and stirring frequently till lightly browned.

   Remove from heat.

   Stir in minced red pepper, parsley and grnd red pepper.

    Spread sausage mix over crust; pour egg substitute proportionately over mix.

    Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till mix is set.

    Note: For 6 servings, use half of the ingredients; prepare and bake as above in 9 inch pie plate.
