Breakfast Popeyes(Children'S Favorite)

   Brush bread slices with melted butter or oil.

   Cut hole in center of bread with cookie cutter or drinking glass (about 2-inches in diameter).

   Place bread, buttered side down, on griddle or skillet.

   Put one egg, removed from shell, in center of each slice of bread.

   Brush top with butter.

   Cook 1 to 2 minutes at medium heat; turn and cook until egg is done.

   Place cut-out bread circles on griddle to make toast.
