This is very basic and you can adjust anyway that you like.

Lighly spray oil in large pyrex chaffing dish.

Brown sausage, drain on paper towels. Beat eggs, milk, salt & pepper together. Add drain sausage. Thinly slice basil and add to mixture.

Having toasted cubed bread, add to mixture, add cheese and pour entire content into chaffing dish. Should be about 1/2 inch from top edge.Add more eggs and milk if you wish.

Top entire legnth of dish with sliced tomatoes. Bake in preheated oven @ 375 about 20-30 min. Center will set last, but remember eggs will continue to cook after being taken out of oven for several more minutes. Serve with salsa
