   Make well and add water and yeast.

   Beat eggs, potatoes, lard and salt well.

   Stir into first mixture.

    Let set on counter overnight. Roll out and

    cut with biscuit cutter.

    Let raise 2 to 3 hours and bake at 350u00b0 for 20 minutes.
