1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vanilla
6 x Dinner rolls, torn in small pcs (--SAUCE--)
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 can (5 ounce.) evaporated lowfat milk
4 Tbsp. Margarine
1 x Egg, beaten,
3 Tbsp. Whiskey

Beat Large eggs well; add in next four ingredients and blend together well.

Fold torn rolls into egg mix.

Pour custard mix into ungreased 3 qt baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Note: Don't start bakingmore than 1 1/2 hrs before serving.

While pudding is baking make the sauce: Combine all the ingredients except whiskey in top of a double boiler.

Place over boiling water and cook, stirring well, till thick.
