Bread Pudding With Apples Recipe

   Grease a 2 1/2 qt casserole dish.

   Put bread pcs, apple and raisins in and toss well.

   Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and mix into bread.

   Dot with butter.

   Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk and pour over the bread mix.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till cooked.

   Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or possibly cool with whipped cream.

   Donuts, chocolate or possibly plain, or possibly 1/2 raisin bread 1/2 white, can be used in place of some of the bread.
