Bread Pudding

   Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

   Stir in bread cubes.

   Stir in brown sugar and raisins.

   Pour mixture into an 8 x 1 3/4-inch round ovenware cake dish.

   Place pan in larger shallow pan on oven rack.

   Pour hot water into larger pan 1 inch deep. Bake at 350u00b0 about 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
