   In a large bowl, thoroughly mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add water and margarine; stir until well blended, about 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups flour; stir vigorously for 2 minutes. Add additional

   1 1/2 cups to 2 cups flour to make a soft dough. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Spray dough with Pam; cover with bowl. Let rest 10 minutes. Punch down; divide into 2 pieces. Roll each piece to 11 x 7 rectangle. Roll up tightly from short end. Pinch seam to seal; place seam side down in loaf pan, sprayed with Pam. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place until doubled in size, 1 hour and 15 minutes. Bake
