1 (3 1/4 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (12 ounce) can Dr. Pepper cola
1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
