1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
1/4 c. Sifted all purpose flour
1 tsp Brandy
3 lrg Peaches peel/slice/pit
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. Brandy
1/2 c. Whipping cream chilled

Stir first 4 ingredients with healthy pinch of salt in heavy small saucepan over medium-low heat till sugar dissolves, about 3 min; don't boil.
