1 pkt (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Plus 1 c. lowfat milk
2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking pwdr
3/4 c. Butter
1/2 c. Crushed all-bran cereal
2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp Vanilla extract
