1/2 c. Raisins
1/2 c. Boiling Water
1 x Egg lightly beaten
1 c. Buttermilk
1/4 c. Molasses
1 c. Whole Wheat Flour (plus 2 tbsp.)

1 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt

In a large bowl, combine the All-Bran, oil, and raisins, and pour the boiling water over them.
