4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp Chopped green onion
1 tsp Chopped garlic
2 tsp Red pepper threads
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sesame seed pwdr
2 tsp Sesame oil
2 tsp Rice wine
1 Tbsp. Corn oil

(1) Cut dry haddock into pcs 1-1/2 inches long.

Mix soy sauce, sugar, chopped green onion, mioced garlic, red pepper threads, pepper, sesame seed pwdr, sesame oil and rice wine to make seasoning sauce.

Shred onion thinly.

Place shredded onion in bottom of pan and add in small amount of seasoning sauce.

Place dry haddock pcs in pan, sprinkling both sides of each piece with sauce.

Add in corn oil and 3 Tbsp.
