Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. Roll out dough into a 16 x 20 inch rectangle. Mix marzipan, 1 egg and 2 tbsp powdered sugar until crumbly then sprinkle over dough. Roll up from the long side, cut in 1/2 lengthwise then braid the 2 halves together. Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, let rest for 15 mins then bake for about 35 mins.

Heat jam then strain. Mix with remaining powdered sugar and 3 tbsp water. Spread over the bread and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Let cool before slicing.
