Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. Flour- divided; 1 1/4 c. Boysenberry , fresh; 1 c. Brown sugar; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 x Egg, beaten; 1/3 c. Oil; 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk; 1/4 c. Nuts, minced; 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar; 1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon; 1/3 c. Powdered sugar; 2 tsp Lemon juice

1 1/2 c. Flour- divided
1 1/4 c. Boysenberry , fresh
1 c. Brown sugar
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 x Egg, beaten
1/3 c. Oil
1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
1/4 c. Nuts, minced
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1/3 c. Powdered sugar
2 tsp Lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350.

Dust Boysenberries with 2 Tablespoons flour, set aside.

Mix remaining flour, sugar, baking pwdr, cinnamon and salt.

Mix egg & oil; add in flour mix alternately with lowfat milk.

Mix in Boysenberries.

Fill standard size greased muffin c. (or possibly paper ones) 2/3 full.

Combine nuts, brown sugar & remaining cinnamon; sprinkle over muffins and bake 20-25 minutes.

Stir together powdered sugar & lemon juice.

When muffins are slightly cooled drizzle sugar/lemon mix on muffins.
