1/2 tsp dry red pepper flakes
1/2 c. diced onions
30 ml garlic, chopped
1 can Italian plum tomatoes liquid removed, coarsely minced

12 ounce bow tie pasta
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley freshly grated parmesan cheese

TOMATOES and CREAM Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat.

Add in sausage and pepper flakes.

Cook till sausage is no longer pink, stirring frequently, about 7 min.

Add in onion and garlic to skillet and cook till onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 7 min.

Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water till just tender but still hard to bite, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
