1/2 c. bourbon

1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

2 Tbsp. bourbon

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.

Gradually add sugar, beating well.

Add to butter mixture alternately with milk mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
