1/2 c. Progresso Plain bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 x egg
1 x 12 oz jar pineapple preserves
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. bourbon
1/4 tsp warm pepper sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well.

Shape into 1 1/4 inch meatballs.

Place in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till thoroughly cooked.

Meanwhile, in large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well.

Cook over low heat till mix is bubbly, stirring frequently.

Add in cooked meatballs to sauce; stir gently to coat.
