Ingredients: 2 boxes boudior biscuits; 375ml milk; 1 tsp vanilla essence; 2 tbsp castor sugar; 250ml fresh cream; 1 tbsp icing sugar; topping; 155g nestle dessert cream; 100g slab chocolate; 1 flake chocolate

whip fresh cream and icing sugar together, till stiff.

In a separate bowl, mix the milk, castor sugar and vanilla essence.

Dip boudior biscuits in milk mixture and layer in a flat round serving plate.Spread a layer of fresh cream mixture, and another layer of boudior biscuit, repeat and end with fresh cream. Chill for 2hrs.

Melt chocolate, add nestle dessert cream and mix together till smooth.

Spread chocolate mixture on top of fresh cream and cover the entire surface. decorate with flake chocolate. Thereafter chill for a further 1 hour.
