3 quarts. water

Ham bone
Pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Basil to taste
1 lg. can tomatoes
2 c. minced onion
2 c. minced celery
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pound sliced smoked sausage
2 raw boneless chicken breast, cut into bite size pcs
Cooked rice

Wash and drain beans.

Add in water, salt, ham bone, pepper, parsley and basil.

Simmer covered 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.

Then add in tomatoes, onion, celery, garlic.

Simmer uncovered 1 1/2 hrs, till creamy.

Add in smoked sausage and chicken breast.

Simmer 40 min.

Serve with scoop of rice and minced parsley.
