Boiled Chestnuts Using a Pressure Cooker

   Wash the chestnuts, put them in a pressure cooker, and add enough water to cover them.

   Heat the pressure cooker until it comes up to pressure.

   Lower the heat and cook under pressure for 5 minutes.

   Leave the cooker to cool and de-pressurize naturally.

   Drain the chestnuts into a colander, and peel them using a knife.

   Be careful not to cut yourself!

   Eat as-is.

   Or put them in simmered dishes, stir fries and so on.
