Bob's Roasted Garlic Potatoes Recipe

   Set oven to 425.

   Wash potatoes (don't peel).

   Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

   Cut each half into 3 slices lengthwise.

   Peel garlic cloves.

   Mix all ingredients in a bowl till proportionately coated.

   Line a 9x13 baking pan or possibly sheet with parchment paper.

   Put potatoes and garlic in pan and bake for 30-40 min.

    Substitute rosemary for garlic.
