In another bowl mix together the milk, egg, sugar, and salt. Then pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and whisk to combine well. Once the batter is moist, slowly fold in the blueberries.

Grab a cooking pan and spray non stick cooking spray on it. Place it over a preheated medium low heat stove.

Scoop up about 1/4 cup of batter with a measuring cup and pour it into the pan. Let it cook on each side for 3 minutes or until nicely browned - just make sure not to burn the pancakes. Set the finished pancakes aside and repeat with the remaining batter.
