Ingredients: 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine; 1 c. sugar; 2 c. unsifted flour; 2 x Large eggs; 1/2 c. lowfat milk; 2 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp salt; 2 1/2 c. blueberries or possibly 1 1/4 c. fresh strawberries; 1 tsp vanilla; 2 tsp sugar for top; 12 x maraschino cherries for top; 1/2 c. walnuts; 1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
1 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
2 x Large eggs
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries or possibly 1 1/4 c. fresh strawberries
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp sugar for top
12 x maraschino cherries for top
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

When using frzn strawberries, use 1/4 c. lowfat milk and 1/4 c. juice.

On low speed, cream butter and sugar till fluffy.

Beat in Large eggs, one at a time, till blended.

Sift dry ingredients and add in alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla.

Mash 1/2 c. of the blueberries and stir in by hand.

Use muffin c. and grease top of muffin tins as well.

Pile mix high in each muffin c..

Sprinkle sugar over top and add in cherries.

Cook at 400 degrees for approximately 20 min.
