1/2 cup light margarine - softened
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup 1% milk - I used 2%

Place oven rack in top 1/3 of oven.

Preheat to 400 degrees .

I baked mine at 350 degrees .

Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

Lightly spray.

Sift together flour, B.P.,& salt together.

Beat margarine at medium speed with electric mixer.

Gradually add splenda & honey.

Beating until light & fluffy.

Add eggs 1 at a time.
