   Lightly butter the pan (not listed in the ingredients), and lightly sprinkle with flour.

   In a bowl, combine the ingredients in the order listed.

   Using a whisk, mix lightly without incorporating too much air into the mixture.

   Make sure to break up the lumps formed at the bottom of the bowl.

   Add the browned butter and mix lightly.

   Set aside for about 30 minutes.

   Evenly spread the blueberries in the pan from Step 1.

   Pour the mixture from Step 3 into the pan.
